A driver was driving on Gober Street and made a turn on Vinett Street when he struck the child. The child was flown to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
No charges are expected against the driver.
Wandering child hit and killed by car
HOUSTON Investigators say the little boy wandered outside of his house yesterday without his parent's knowledge.
