State rep. turns himself in to police

HOUSTON Miles posted a $1,000 bond on two counts of deadly conduct.

Prosecutors accuse Miles of pulling a gun on two people at the St. Regis Hotel and forcibly kissing a woman.

Prosecutors say Miles also pulled a pistol on a TSU regent at the Toyota Center the same night.
