The recalled cribs were manufactured in Taiwan by Jardine Enterprises and sold by KidsWorld stores, Geoffrey stores, Toys "R" Us and Babies "R" Us. They were available nationwide between January 2002 and May 2008.
Cribs recalled after 4 children trapped
WASHINGTON The wooden slats and spindles on the crib's frames can break.
Children can get trapped in the remaining gap. The Consumer Product
Safety Commission is aware of at least 42 incidents of broken slats
and spindles, and four instances of children getting trapped. Two
children suffered cuts and bruises.
