The identity of the victim hasn't been released. There is no word if there will be charges against the driver.
Man hit, killed by oncoming van
HOUSTON A man was struck and killed by an oncoming vehicle on Martin Luther King Boulevard at Old Spanish Trail around 7:30am The man was apparently crossing south on OST when he was struck by the van. The victim was transported to Ben Taub Hospital, where he later died.
