Both the victim and gunman got into a scuffle. That's when the gunman shot him twice and took off.
The victim is in the hospital this morning. No word on his condition.

HOUSTON The victim had just stopped at the intersection of Wintershaw and Kuykendahl when a white Impala pulled up next to him. Investigators say someone jumped out the car and pulled a gun on him.
