Illegal toxic waste dump found
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX Officers found empty hydraulic fluid barrels and piles of trash on the ground. They dug seven feet down and found pools of some fluid that smells liked petroleum products. Authorities took water and soil samples for testing.
