Another man was arrested for felony evading. He ran off when police arrived, but was caught a short time later. Police say he was not a part of the fight.
Fight over cell phone turns violent
HOUSTON It around 1:30am police arrived at the apartment complex on Veterans Memorial and West Gulf Bank. The fight was apparently over a cell phone. The victim was treated and released.
