Sleepy driver slams into tree

HOUSTON It happened on Fairfalls and Aspen Pine. Investigators say it appears the man fell asleep behind the wheel and didn't notice the turn ahead. The driver was taken to the hospital by Life Flight.

He was last reported in stable condition. No one else was hurt.
