Police caught up to him near the seawall but he jumped into the water. Officers fished him out of the water and brought him to Houston for questioning.
Man tied to murder victim jumps off seawall
HOUSTON Houston police have not identified a woman stabbed to death Tuesday morning in an apartment on Runnels near the Eastex Freeway, not far from Minute Maid Park. A homicide investigator told Eyewitness News a man seen with the woman before she was found dead took off to Galveston.
