Two people have been taken into custody.
Officers raid business for illegal dumping
HOUSTON Around 9am, officers with HPD's major offenders unit and Texas Parks and Wildlife raided Thunderbolt Motors on Harrisburg near 65th in east Houston. They appear to be looking for signs of waste products such as motor oil and transmission fluid illegally dumpted in sewers.
