Traffic alert in Medical Center area

HOUSTON Starting tomorrow, city contractors will start tearing up Holcombe Boulevard. They will lay new water lines and installing storm drains along Holcombe, between Fannin and Brays Bayou.

The work will be done from 7am until 7pm, and should last well into next month.
