New campaign to crackdown on drunk drivers

HOUSTON Later this morning, Houston Police Chief Harold Hurtt will hold a news conference to announce the "Fatality Crash Reduction Campaign."

Of the top ten most populous counties in the U.S, Harris County has the highest percentage of alcohol-related fatality crashes.
