Teen hog-tied after resisting arrest

HOUSTON The teen and two of his friends refused to come out of a home on Chickering at Russell in northeast Houston, after officers responded to calls they were firing weapons.

Eventually the 19-year-old came out, only to get into a scuffle with police. It took several officers to tackle him and then tie him up.

Police caught one of the 17-year-olds running out of the house. The other 17-year-old got away. No one was hurt.
