Man injured by hit and run driver

HOUSTON Police say a driver in a white sedan was cutting through a parking lot on Dairy Ashford and Bissonnet at a high rate of speed and hit a man who was standing behind a gas station.

The victim suffered severe head and leg injuries but is expected to survive. The driver never stopped to help.
