Man allegedly sets cat on fire

PASADENA, TX Danny Villalta is charged with cruelty to animals. An eyewitness told police Villalta set the cat on fire and left it in a parking lot at an apartment complex on Red Bluff. The incident happened at 11:30pm Tuesday.

Villalta is expected in court Thursday. He's being held on $5,000 bond.
