Pedestrian hit, killed on entrance ramp

HOUSTON It happened just after 10pm the Kress entrance ramp to I-10. Police say the driver never saw the man running in front of the car until it was too late.

The dead pedestrian had a METRO bus card on him, which said he was disabled. He died at the scene.
