"She is not the victim here and she continues to act as if she is," said Janae Acquard, the children's mother. "Those babies were the victim.
"She acts like she hasn't done anything, anything wrong. However, if somebody were to treat her children that way I'm sure she'd feel a little different," said Steven Acquard, the children's father.
Mayberry also has to write a letter of apology to the family. She cannot have any contact with the victim or family, must attend parenting classes and cannot work in the child care field.
