Standoff ends with suspect slipping away

HOUSTON Police were called for a shooting and disturbance call at a house south of downtown last night. Authorities saw the suspect enter his house, and they surrounded it and then called the SWAT team.

However, when the SWAT team entered the house roughly four hours later the suspect was gone. No one was hurt in the shooting.
