Tour de Houston set for Saturday

HOUSTON This year's ride will route onto the Hardy Toll Road. All northbound Hardy Toll Road lanes and entrance ramps will be closed from 5am to 2pm from the Elysian viaduct in downtown Houston to IH-45. Alternate routes for all northbound travel will be IH-45 and US 59. Hardy southbound lanes will remain open and will not be affected.

In addition, Bush Intercontinental Airport travelers that normally take the Airport Connector westbound onto northbound Hardy Toll Road will be directed to take alternate routes. These drivers will be directed to take Beltway 8 east or west to reach US 59 or IH-45, respectively. The Airport Connector westbound to southbound Hardy Toll Road will not be affected. Patrons traveling southbound on the Hardy Toll Road to the Airport will be able to access the eastbound Airport Connector.
