Houston police later found that person, but are still looking for the shooter.
Victim shot dead in east Houston a teen
HOUSTON We're told the victim was walking with someone else on a bike path near North Super at Canal when a vehicle drove up, and someone started shooting. The shooter fled, as did the victim's companion.
