HOUSTON We first told you about the woman last month. She went into the Institute of Anti-Aging Medicine and got $2600 worth of Botox services. When it came time to pay the bill, she told the receptionist and nurse she had to get her credit card and disappeared. All of the patient information she gave was fake.
