Jose Duran went 3-for-4 with two doubles, a triple and three RBIs for the Aggies. Dane Carter, who has hit in 12 straight games, had three singles.
Texas A&M (11-3) jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the first. Rutgers (3-6) cut that to 4-2 on a home run by Jarred Jimenez in the second and single by Jaren Matthews in the third.
But the Aggies added three runs in the bottom of the third and two in the fourth to take a 9-3 lead.
Reliever Carson Middleton (3-0) got the win with five strikeouts and three hits in 4 2-3 innings.
Starter Matt Giannini (0-3) took the loss for Rutgers, giving up nine runs on nine hits in 3 2-3 innings.
