Investigators charged Augustine Lara with one count of assault. Police say he came into contact with as many as five victims when the little girls came over to play with his grandchildren at the Windsore Gardens Apartments.
Lara could face additional charges including two counts of indecency with a child and two counts of aggravated sexual assault.
