Police say they found a woman who had been badly beaten. She was taken to the hospital, and has reportedly been talking with police, but her condition is not known.

HOUSTON Neighbors reported seeing something wrapped in a blanket on the side of the road in the 11300 block of rampart early Thursday morning.
