HPD is investigating whether the shootings were in fact a murder-suicide or accidental.
Fight between father, son turns deadly
HOUSTON A clerk at the Lisa Motel on Hempstead Highway says a father and adult son staying at the motel got into some kind of fight and shots were fired.
The father died at the scene. The son was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
