McCain told supporters today that Democratic candidates Hillary Rodham Clinton and Barack Obama want to get out of Iraq as fast as possible. He says if either candidate set a date for military withdrawal, then the U.S. would eventually "be back."
McCain, the Republican nominee in waiting, is looking for the delegates to clinch the nomination. Today's contests in Texas, Ohio, Rhode Island and Vermont have 256 Republican delegates at stake.
