Man arrested in fake charity scam

HOUSTON Brian Brumfield is accused of taking charitable donations, claiming the money would go to help fallen police officers' families, but kept all of the funds.

He was arrested last week. The Attorney General's office estimates he pocketed between $10,000 and $19,000.
