Man drives off after being shot

HOUSTON Police say the man was trying to buy drugs from out of his SUV when the person he was talking to shot him. Police are not sure if the gunman was trying to rob the man.

The victim was hit in the left shoulder and then managed to drive away. He stopped on Hyde Park and called 911 for help.

There's no word on his condition.
