Mecom Fountain will shine bright again
HOUSTON The fountain at Main and Montrose has been in the dark since 2006, when vandals stole the 246 lights used to light up the fountain at night. The replacement lights were finally installed over the last three weeks, and tonight, they'll be turned on to fanfare at a 6pm ceremony.
