The lights will be turned back on at the iconic Mecom Fountain outside Hermann Park.The fountain at Main and Montrose has been in the dark since 2006, when vandals stole the 246 lights used to light up the fountain at night. The replacement lights were finally installed over the last three weeks, and tonight, they'll be turned on to fanfare at a 6pm ceremony. Increased security measures have been put in place.
