TULSA, OK The injury-plagued Owls (3-22, 0-12 CUSA), battled hard and
trailed just 23-18 with 2:09 to play in the first half, but were
outscored 8-0 before halftime. TU opened the second half with a
10-3 run to extend the lead to 41-21 and built the lead to 35.
Ray Reese added 12 points and seven rebounds for the Golden
Hurricane (14-10, 6-6).
The Owls, who have lost all five starters to injury at various
points in the season, were led by Patrick Britton's 10 points.
