Meanwhile, investigators in Galveston may use DNA to positively identify the baby boy, whose body was discovered earlier this week. He was found Tuesday, lying face down and wearing only a diaper on Galveston's east end. The woman who police believe is the boy's mother, Caren Kohberger, told police Thursday she's getting a lawyer and will no longer speak directly to investigators.
Footprints of the baby have yet to be positively matched with those on a birth certificate.
The last person known to see the baby alive is Mullis. Galveston police consider him a person of interest and are looking for him. He's believed to be in a 2002, silver, four-door Hyundai Accent. It has duct tape on the right passenger side door handle. The plate number is: 067-RJP.
