When authorities arrived, they found Tichack in a garage, dead of a single gunshot wound to the chest. Green was taken into custody and charged with murder.
The investigation is continuing.
Woman's brother allegedly shoots her boyfriend
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX (KTRK) Last night, authorities say the woman's boyfriend, Harold James Tichack, and her brother, Jeffery Lee Green, got into a fight over a computer. Green, Tichack and the victim's girlfriend all lived together at the same home. Tichack reportedly accused Green of allowing Tichack's computer to become infected with a virus that destroyed some data. The argument led to Tichack being shot.
