"Our goal is to honor the price that was listed on our website for as many orders as possible. In case where the item ordered is no longer available due to the extreme demand, we will provide a discount on a future order," the company said in a statement.
On Wednesday, Astros fans made a huge discovery and found World Series jerseys for $10.
Excited fans turned to Twitter when the hot deal from Dick's popped up on their website.
Many customers were rushing to buy a World Series replica jersey that was the regular price of $140. Instead, the special sale had the jersey for just $9.98.
