On Saturday, Precinct 4 constable deputies arrived at the 23600 block of Buttress Root Drive to find the man with multiple gunshot wounds, Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said.

Carin Stewart, 51, said she shot her husband after he told her he was in love with another woman, according to Gonzalez.
The man was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The Harris County's Sheriff's Office Homicide and Crime Scene units are conducting an investigation.

A neighbor shared surveillance footage with ABC13 showing a car pulling into the driveway of the home around 1:45 a.m.
A woman and man are seen walking into the home, and about 30 minutes later, someone is seen running down the street.

At about 5 a.m., a person is seen getting inside the back of a patrol car. It's not clear whether the woman who walked into the home was the wife or the woman he allegedly just said he was in love with.
Stewart was booked into the Harris County Jail. A judge set Stewart's bond at $75,000 and she is scheduled to appear in court Monday.
