Big rig flips on Hwy 290 at Hwy 6 in NW Harris County

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- As winter weather hits southeast Texas, roads are becoming treacherous. One big rig slipped on slick roads, flipping on its side in the median of Highway 290 at Highway 6 in northwest Harris County.
