Defying the odds: Blind TSU law student set to graduate in top 10 percent of class

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A Texas Southern student, who has been defying the odds his entire life, will graduate Friday from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law.

Daniel Vaughn is blind and has had six brain surgeries. Even with what most would consider a setback, Vaughn is graduating in the top 10 percent of his class.
