SWAT team called to home with barricaded man inside

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A SWAT team was called to a home in the East End with a man barricaded inside Wednesday evening.

Houston police said there were no other people inside the home on Avenue C at the time.

A neighbor tells Eyewitness News the man was fighting with family before police arrived.

After about an hour and a half, the man was taken into police custody without further incident.
