Firefighters battle fire at apartment in NE Harris County

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Strong winds made it difficult for firefighters to extinguish a fire at an abandoned apartment in northeast Harris County.
The apartment is located off Aldine Mail Route just west of Eastex Freeway.
