BAYTOWN, Texas (KTRK) -- As residents work to get back to normal, the Baytown Resource and Assistance Center is giving a helping hand.

The non-profit center has seen almost 1,000 families since Hurricane Harvey. The charity helps people pay rent, keep their lights on and get storage units for anything families may have to salvage from the flood.

Currently, the agency is in need of cleaning supplies, toiletries and diapers.

For more information, visit the center's website.
