A new warning to people who don't get enough sleep.

According to scientists in Italy, a chronic lack of sleep can cause your brain to break down more of its cells and connectors.

Scientists believe this could be a reason why people are sleep deprived and have a higher risk of developing Alzheimer's disease, dementia and other neurological disorders.
