ABC13 contacted them to see when it's going to be back up and we have not heard back.
Tuesday at Walmart, the lines were a lot shorter. It was mostly people who registered to get their money early Monday morning, before the site crashed.
Despite getting flooded by knee-deep water, Stephanie Williams knows she's one of the lucky ones. She will be getting $400 from the Red Cross.
Williams went to redcross.org to claim her money before the site crashed due to high traffic.
Others weren't so lucky.

The site has now been down for almost 24 hours.
Red Cross says they've processed more than 37,000 applications so far. The demand is high and they're working hard to get the site up and running.
You are not able to go to Walmart to register. You must do it online.
The best and only advice at this time is to keep checking redcross.org.
