HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A grand jury has declined to indict an Uber driver accused of sexually assaulting a passenger.

In December, Qahtan Talib was arrested after a woman claimed he sexually assaulted her while they were parked at a northeast Houston gas station in June 2016.

According to surveillance video, Talib and the victim were together in the car for 11 minutes.

Talib denied assaulting the woman.

The victim initially told ABC13 that she was drinking with her friends in downtown Houston. She continued celebrating at her friend's home in north Houston.

After she walked to the Chevron gas station on Irvington Boulevard, she called her husband to come pick her up. He called Uber instead, and Talib accepted the call.

"I feel so embarrassed, but I passed out. And when I woke up, he had his hand inside me and was kissing my neck," she said.

Police said Talib couldn't explain what he and the victim were doing in the car together for 11 minutes.
