Enjoy a taste of fall with Katherine Whaley's pumpkin pie smoothie!


It's not easy watching your waistline this time of year, but this pumpkin pie smoothie will give you the flavors of the holidays, without a lot of fat and calories.

Healthy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 5.3 oz container of Greek yogurt
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Dash of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
- Ice cubes



Directions:

Add all ingredients to bender, then whir away! Top with whipped cream (optional) and enjoy. Serves 1-2.
