First up is the CVS Minute Clinic:
Right now through September 11th, the price is $49. At these clinics you can see the wait times and hold your place in line.
Next would be the Walgreens Healthcare Clinic:
There you can schedule an appointment for a sports physical with the price at $60.

Always check with area clinics. We found some in the area charge as little as $35 per visit.
Before you pay for a sports physical, and you have insurance, check with your child's pediatrician.
A well checkup and annual physical are covered under most insurance plans.
