LIVINGSTON PARISH, LA -- Video captured puppies being rescued during severe flooding in Livingston Parish, Louisiana.
An inflatable air mattress was used as a raft to help bring nearly a dozen dachshunds to safety.

The owner saved his dogs and his neighbor's pets.
He says Saturday morning he was only dealing with two inches of water, but it quickly rose to 3 feet.

That's when he knew he had to evacuate with his dogs.
