Promise Phan used her skills as a makeup artist to transform herself into Elsa in a video posted to YouTube. It's quickly become her most popular video, with more than 23 million views.

Creating the look took three hours and more than a dozen products, including two types of foundation, four shades of eye-shadow, a blush papier and blue contacts.
"It was really fun creating the set for the video," Phan said. "I probably spent about $300 total on the costume, wig and the set altogether."

But if you're not planning to "Let it Go" this Halloween as Elsa, Phan has plenty of other makeup videos to offer. Phan is known for her ability to transform herself into a wide range of characters. For the past four years, she's been uploading tutorials to YouTube, inspiring fans around the globe to try their hand at her looks.
Lucky for Disney fans, the films are one of her go-to sources when choosing characters.
"I love bringing Disney princesses to life and showing my viewers the process," she said.
