GALVESTON, Texas (KTRK) -- As Mardi Gras seasons gets underway, Tina's on the Strand is helping revelers stand out with custom looks that celebrate the tradition of Mardi Gras and the island itself.
"Mardi Gras is an incredibly special time of year. We want to shine, we want to glitter, and we want to celebrate this holiday like no business," Owner Wendy Morgan said.
