CALUMET CITY, Illinois (KTRK) -- The FBI has released new surveillance video showing the moment a young girl was grabbed and forced into a car in broad daylight in a Chicago suburb.
Bryan Protho, 38, is accused of driving away with the girl and assaulting her in December.

The girl is blurred in the video to protect her identity. She managed to escape and flag down a vehicle.
Protho is charged with kidnapping.
