MILWAUKEE, WI (KTRK) -- One person was injured after a sudden storm popped up during a Wisconsin balloon festival yesterday.
The festival was going on near Milwaukee. Wind picked up a balloon that was in the process of deflating and snapped all but one tether, which was strapped to an SUV.

The wind carried the balloon and the SUV across a field before handlers were able to get it under control.
One person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
