SkyEye13 flew over the scene, located just south of Highway 225 near Pasadena on Tuesday morning, capturing images of the buckled northbound lane on Allen Genoa at Steelman Street.
The images show that orange cones were placed to prevent motorists from driving over the damaged lane.
Eyewitness News discovered that two reports were filed with 311 on Monday.
